S3 Associates was born in 2005, with the mission to deliver talent acquisition and recruitment solutions for the Financial Services sector. Since then we have held fast to our founding principles of working with integrity and honesty in all we do.
As the years have passed our reputation has grown allowing us to broaden our scope and we now count some of the UK's most exciting FinTech businesses amongst our clients, whilst still staying true to our roots.

Hello!
I'm Sarah Williams, a specialist in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. Coming from a background in Financial Services, I work with large and small businesses across Wealth Management, Corporate Financial Planning and (my real passion) Employee Benefits technology.
I have to confess, recruitment wasn't supposed to be a long-term gig; I wanted to experience remote-working and the novelty of actually playing a part in my childrens' lives for a few years. But, I got the bug. I love being a partner trusted by client's to find them the superstars they need to move their business forward and I'm proud to play a part in their success. But even better than that? Working with people to find their perfect next career move. The pleasure that comes from telling someone you've grown to know well that they've won their dream job, that's what keeps me turning up every day!
