Before recruitment, I enjoyed a long career in the financial sector, in advisory, Compliance and managerial roles.  Having recruited my own teams over many years, I'd worked with external recruiters on numerous occasions but often found myself wading through unsuitable CV's or interviewing candidates totally unsuited to our culture.  When S3 Associates was founded, I wanted my clients' experience to be the opposite of my own; our key principle is and will always be quality of candidates, not quantity.    

We specialise in Employee Benefits and EB Tech but focusing on selecting candidates who mirror a client's culture, as well as their professional skills, allows us to work effectively across numerous roles.  From Product Management to Client Success, Marketing to Compliance, Business Development to Data Analytics, UX/UI Design to Communications, Business Analysis to Implementation & Service Delivery - the list of successful placements has been varied and exciting.
